Preliminary Injunction - Requirements discussed, and relief denied because (1) settlement agreement with one former employee contained integration clause that arguably invalidated his separate non-competition agreement, and (2) the other former employee's non-competition agreement did not provide for its assignability, or application to a successor, and it was the buyer of his employer who sought enforcement. Great American Leasing v.
